The Resort is located on the coast of the Arabian Sea, close to Shinas. The main building forms the entrance of the resort. It contains all the main resort amenities including retail, restaurants, spa, conference hall, as well as administrative offices. Between the main entrance hall and the coast there are 38 suites: 2 presidential suites, 3 executive suites and 33 standard suites. The arrangement allows every single suite to have sea views. In between accommodation suites are beautiful tropical gardens and swimming pools. In the center of the resort a central path connects the entrance hall with the coast and a marina.

Shinas’s uninterrupted beach views with direct beach access make it ideal for the touristic recreational centers that have been skillfully added.
